RETURNS

LeTube has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to ship or send the return to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claims regarding the delivery of the Products must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.) and according to the following shipping conditions.

Any package returned after the deadline will be refused and sent back to the sender. Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted, regardless of the reason. The costs and risks associated with returning the Products are borne by the sender.

For customer service to accept the return, Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original, undamaged packaging, with the tag still attached, unworn, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.

The Customer is not required to justify the reason for the return or to pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and any customs duties.

LeTube cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage to the package. Packages for which the Customer cannot be identified (surname, first name, address, and return code) will be refused.

REFUNDS

LeTube will refund the Customer the amounts paid for the purchase of the returned Products (excluding any customs duties, return shipping costs, and PayPal fees) within a maximum period of 14 days.
