Shipments
MADE TO ORDER
All LeTube garments are made in Italy and crafted on demand in our atelier.
This approach reflects our philosophy of conscious production: we create only what is truly desired, avoiding excess and preserving the value of each individual garment.
Production times when the item is not available are approximately 7–14 business days.
Once completed, your order will be shipped according to our standard delivery times.
Shipping Costs
All orders will be processed within 7 business days, after which they will be shipped and delivered according to the times indicated below (purely indicative).
- Italy: LeTube offers free standard shipping within 2/3 business days
- Europe: €25 within 2/3 business days
- Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland: €30 within 2/3 business days
- Rest of the world: €55 within 4/5 business days
Delivery times are provided for guidance only. Please note that deliveries to rural addresses may take longer.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Product prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes but excluding any customs duties for orders outside the EU, which will be borne by the Customer.
For orders outside the European Union:
All applicable duties will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duties, but your local customs office should be able to provide an estimate.
LeTube cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays due to customs procedures, over which it has no control.
Important Information
Delivery times are indicative and do not account for any delays caused by payment authorization, warehouse availability, or customs delays.
All orders require a signature upon delivery; from that moment, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If you have indicated a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also accept that the third party's signature is considered sufficient proof of delivery and proper execution by LeTube.
